About Us
At Firefly Spa, we offer Contrast Therapy using Infrared Saunas and Cold-Water Plunge Tubs. Open 7 Days a Week, we work around your schedule by not requiring reservations for our large, community-shared Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna that seats 10 or the Cold-Water Plunge Tub Room. Contrast Therapy is scientifically proven to improve physical and mental health and has been a wellness practice used in several areas of the world for hundreds of years. We've provided links to these studies on our website for you to read. Firefly Spa has speakers throughout playing a daily music theme from Mediation Monday, Country Western Wednesday to Dance Party Friday. Check out our website for the day's theme and for all of the daily themes. Enjoy the use of free lockers, a changing room, and our lounge offering filtrated water and herbal teas. Towels are available as well as moist-aromatherapy cloths in eucalyptus and lavender. If you want more privacy, you can reserve "The Oasis". Please call to make a reservation. Daily Passes, Packages and Monthly Memberships are available. We offer a 25% Discount on passes and packs for our 1st Responders and Veterans.
