?? Benefit Analyst

Are you detail-oriented with a knack for client communication? Join us as a Benefit Analyst, where you'll handle rate quotes, proposal preparation, and more under the guidance of an Account Manager.

?? Essential Functions:

• Coordinate the request for proposal process
• Explain various funding options clearly
• Craft professional employee communication materials
• Ensure accuracy in enrollment materials
• Provide top-notch customer service

?? Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle client interactions with grace and professionalism
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with knowledge of employee benefits and HR administration a plus
