DESCRIPTION:Leadership Oakland will hold an informational breakfast about its 2019-2020 Cornerstone Program on April 23\, 2019\, starting at 8:00 a.m. The event will take place at the MSU Management Education Center\, located at 811 W. Square Lake Rd. in Troy\, and will last until 9:30 a.m. This breakfast is for anyone interested in learning more about the Leadership Oakland Cornerstone Program. Guests will meet with alumni\, board members\, and current class members to learn more about the program and why Leadership Oakland is important to them personally\, professionally\, and publicly.\n\n\n\nThe Cornerstone Program takes 50 developing leaders and delves into issues facing the region   from education\, government\, and the justice system to health and human services and race and ethnic diversity. In-depth\, monthly sessions led by experts in each of these arenas focus on both the treasures and challenges facing the region.\n\n \n\nThere is no cost to attend the Cornerstone breakfast\, but pre-registration is requested.
